Mapleborne OS is owned and operated by John DL LLC. Customer agreements, privacy terms, and service commitments are provided through the approved subscription and onboarding process.
Privacy
Customer information is handled within organization and permission boundaries designed to keep business data scoped to the people and companies authorized to use it. Applicable privacy terms are provided with the customer agreement.
Subscription terms
Upgrades may be charged at a prorated rate for the remainder of the current billing period and then renew at the full upgraded price. Downgrades begin at the next renewal and do not generate refunds or unused-time credits. Cancellation takes effect immediately, is non-refundable, and places workspace data into a 60-day retention period before automatic deletion, subject to legal holds and records that must be retained by law.
Feature availability
Features, integrations, Atlas usage, and service options can depend on plan, configuration, provider availability, and explicit account permissions.
Security and compliance claims
Mapleborne OS does not present third-party certifications as completed unless they have been independently verified and are supported by current evidence.
